This program is scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 2022, from 5:00pm to 6:15pm, by Zoom.  A link will be provided upon registration.

Presenter:  Prof. Meredith L. Shalick, Esq., Rutgers Law School
Moderator:  Michelle T. Nuciglio, Esq., SJLS
Participants in this training will learn step-by-step how to file an expungement petition.
To participate, attorneys will be required to sign up and attend this 75 minute training session AND accept a pro bono expungement case that will be assigned immediately following the training.  

Participants are eligible to receive one and one-half (1.5) free CLE credits.
Any volunteer time also counts towards Madden Hours.
